If the player has the perk Lawbringer, a deceased Regulator, aptly named Dead Regulator, can be found lying on the front steps leading out of the Arlington/Wasteland Metro into the Arlington Cemetery North. On his person, he carries a Bounty Notice for Junders Plunkett and the trademark Regulator Duster.
Bugs
- Some have encountered a glitch where the Regulator's body does not appear outside the Arlington/Wasteland Metro and Junders Plunkett still can be found inside Arlington House.
- The Dead Regulator will periodically blink his eyes. Reported on PC version. Confirmed on 360 - seems to be a common bug when a human is spawned dead.
