Stockholm
Stockholm is the sentry guard of Megaton. He is watching the surrounding area for enemies from a catwalk around the Megaton gates. Should you be attacked by a creature, if it's in range, Stockholm will take it out with his trusty Hunting Rifle.
If you manage to speak with Stockholm (which can only be done using console commands or jumping from the roof of Lucas Simms' house), his only diologue is:" The more time I spend talking to you, the less I spend watching for raiders.How the hell did you get up here anyway?"

He carries .32 caliber bullets, with a hunting rifle. He wears combat armor, biker goggles and a head wrap. You can obtain this by a few ways. Firstly, if you have the Bloody Mess perk, you can fire at him and a body part should usually drop down to you below. Another way is to use a missile launcher or mini nuke and blow his body off the catwalk he is on. Of course, just shooting his head off with a good quality hunting rifle or assault rifle (even in V.A.T.S.) will send it down to the ground too. Stockholm is the name of the capital city in Sweden. It is also a password for a terminal in the blood-ties quest.
