Template:FO3 characterTemplate:FO3 Ryan Briggs is a hostile NPC found in the Jury St. Tunnels. He lives with the Raiders, and experiments on making Mole Rat Meat palatable. He succeeds in producing Mole Rat Wonder Meat from Mole Rat Meat and Wonderglue, but he is killed by the Vault Dweller before he could profit from his creation.
The Wonder Meat Machine produces one Mole Rat Wonder Meat for every Mole Rat Meat and Wonderglue used.
